7. Third-Party Services

Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives the rights to the final website work created specifically for their project after all agreed payments have been completed.

Laptop Livin may retain the right to use completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise.

Third-party assets, software, plugins, fonts, templates, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

9. Website Content and Client Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content and materials they provide are accurate and do not infringe the rights of others.

Laptop Livin is not responsible for legal claims arising from client-provided content or materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

Laptop Livin will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we cannot guarantee that a website will always be completely free from errors, interruptions, security vulnerabilities, or downtime.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Laptop Livin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or website.

11. Termination

Either the client or Laptop Livin may terminate a project if the other party materially fails to meet their agreed responsibilities.

If a project is terminated, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date and any previously agreed non-refundable expenses.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, or interfere with its operation.
